Meet Heather, Our Manager 🐾
Heather has built her career around animal care, customer service and specialist dog grooming. With experience in busy veterinary environments, including referral hospitals, emergency out-of-hours care and equine practice administration, she understands the importance of calm handling, clear communication and reassurance.
Qualified to City & Guilds Level 2 and Level 3 in Dog Grooming, Heather specialises in Bedlington Terriers, hand-stripping and breed-specific grooming. Her approach is gentle, patient and detail-focused, helping every dog feel safe, comfortable and beautifully cared for.
